It is a direct bolt on to any of these superchargers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe design resembles the LS9 placement of two single pass intercoolers mounted side by side inside the lid. However, the Kong Gen 3 intercoolers are 83% larger (per brick) when compared to an OEM LS9 intercooler brick. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese custom built intercoolers have a fully integrated o-ring design that provides a better seal than OEM for stopping hot air from bypassing the massive internal core on all four sides. Designing without conventional float tubes allowed us to extend the design of the cores for a more usable, longer length core. This allows us to achieve lower IAT2, less pressure drop, and most importantly a higher air density being fed into the cylinders than ever before.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Gen 3 Billet lid also features 1\/8\" npt fittings above each cylinder which allow for easy plumbing of direct port meth\/nitrous.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll the factory sensor locations are being reused.
